Erosion Control has a range of dosebox’s to suit different situations.

These are designed to inject flocculants or water conditioners into a piped water flow.

We designed this system when we had a customer who had a retention pond that was not at the lowest part of the site and it was required to pump the water into the pond. A rain activated floc system did not work on this site so we setup a duel dosing 12 volt system run off the pumps alternator that worked so well that we developed the system further.

The dosebox injecst flocculant or any liquid chemical into a manifold connected to a pump line. The dosebox’s are robust and withstand the rough environment in the civil industry. This system can give very impressive results

The Dosebox’s are flow activated and can be powered by the water pumps alternator 12 volt, 240 volt if available or solar powered.

We have both single pump and duel pump versions with each standard pump being infinitely adjustable from 0 to 7.6 litres per hour. Two pumps giving up to 15 liters an hour chemical treatment.

We have just added to our line up a dosebox that can supply up to 90 liters per hour flocculant. Enough to treat around 1000 m³ / hour

We have also included this technology on our Siltstoppers which has significantly improved their performance.
