Pumps

Chemico can supply a rang of pumps similar to the ones that we use on our sites.

These include

Drum pumps designed for 200 l drums plastic

Chemical pumps LIM Low and high viscosity 12 volt and 240 volt

Peristaltic pumps 12/24 volt up to 100 liter hour

Petrol powered water pumps (we use as light chemical transfer pumps, limited life expectancy)

Sludge pumps 240 volt with flow rates up to 50 cube hour.

Dose systems

We can sell you the pump alone or design a complete system setup with required monitors, switches and electrical boxes.

These can be based on a simple flow switch or linked into a flow meter with a proportional dosing system setup calculated on flow rate.

Note Flocculants such as PAC are acidic and eat lots of materials pumps included even stainless steel is not safe. Hence we tend to consider petrol and electrically powered pumps as consumable items. We sell the pumps we have found to last the longest at a reasonable price.
