Introducing the SMARTBOX! Flocculant dosing and monitoring system.

This is a Solar powered modular system that can be tailored to meet your specific needs. It comes in two parts that can both be run independently or together.

The Standard dose unit is rain activated but can also be flow activated. This unit has a variable speed flocculant pump that automatically adjusts chemical flow to correlate with the rain event. There are some variables that need to be inputted such as dose rate, catchment area, (up to 5 ha), delayed start, post rain run on period. This last one is important as run off water can flow for a significant time after the rain has stopped, the Smartbox can be setup to continue dosing post a significant rain event for as long as required.

This can be run with or without data being relayed to the cloud giving you access through a phone app. The flocculant chemical is pumped directly from IBC or 200 l drum removing the need to empty then recharge chemical container as with the old flocbox system saving time and no chemical handling.

At the other end of the pond we have the monitoring unit. This measures PH and Turbidity of the water at the outlet of the pond. This data can be combined with the data from the dose unit and sent as one signal or it can run independently sending pond performance data to your phone.
